Requirements:

- You have 3 or more years of experience as a Storyboard Artist on an animated series.
- You know and have experience with 3D or 2D Animation pipelines.
-You are characterised by both your drawing skills and your sense of humour.
- Organisational skills and effective time management to meet deadlines.
- Strong drawing skills and sense of design, character and composition.
- Strong sense of performance and timing.
- Creative problem solving skills.
- Ability to work digitally (Cintiq with Toon boom, Blender is a plus).

Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with the Director and Storyboard team to create dynamic, high quality storyboard panels.
- Study scripts to determine artistic interpretation and design panels in collaboration with the supervising Director/Producer.
- Maintain awareness of the continuity of the show and ensure that the style and quality of the production is consistently adhered to in the work of the panels.
- Communicate progress or problems to Directors, Storyboard Supervisor and Production to ensure all deadlines are met.
- Consult with the Director to approve final storyboard panels and make revisions as necessary.
- Communicate ideas effectively and recommend solutions to help interpret the script visually.
- Advise and support other storyboard artists and reviewers.
- Maximise reuse of resources with minor changes when the production schedule requires it.
- Assist and complete production related tasks.
- Keep up to date with storyboarding techniques and technology.
