B-water Animation is looking for freelance animators in Greece to join our team.

Requirements:

- Proficiency in Maya.
- Strong understanding of keyframe animation development processes, constraints and dependencies.
- Strong knowledge of basic human kinematics and basic real-world physics.
- Strong understanding of animation principles.
- Excellent team player with strong interpersonal skills.
- Proactive work ethic, able to problem solve with the ability to implement solutions.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
- Ability to communicate in a professional and positive manner.
- Ability to adapt to multiple animation styles.

Responsibilities:

- Respect assigned production quotas.
- Work within the established production line.
- Determine the best method to produce project animations.
- Be a positive and creative force in the team.
- Identify potential risks or issues and work on a mitigation strategy.
- Complete the assigned animation within the assigned time frame.
