REQUIEREMENTS (SENIOR):
. Houdini knowledge:
- Knowledge of all types of simulation vfx, especially Pyro, Flip, Particles and Grains.
- Good knowledge of HtoA (Arnold renderer).
- Able to create and recreate shaders (Arnold).
- Ability to light and render effects.
- Basic knowledge of deadline monitor.
- Knowledge with vex and/or python programming is an asset.
. Knowledge of Maya:
- Ability to open a Maya scene to export assets to/from Houdini.
- Good knowledge of MtoA (Arnold renderer).
- Ability to create and recreate shaders (arnold)
- Ability to light and render effects.
- Knowledge of Blender is a plus.
. Knowledge of Black magic Fusion:
- Ability to create basic vfx precomps for preview/revision purposes.
- Good knowledge of Fusion particle effects.
- Good knowledge of fusion 3d environment, cameras, materials and shaders.
Responsibilities:
- Respect assigned production quotas.
- Work within the established production line.
- Determine the best method to produce the project's animations.
- Be a positive and creative force in the team.
- Identify potential risks or problems and work on a mitigation strategy.
- Complete the assigned task within the allotted timeframe.
REQUIEREMENTS (MID):
. Houdini knowledge.
- Comfortable with one or more types of simulation vfx, especially Pyro, Flip, Particles and Grain.
- Knowledge of HtoA (Arnold renderer).
- Able to create shaders (arnold).
- Ability to light and render effects is mandatory.
- Basic knowledge of deadline monitor.
- Ability to program in vex and/or python is a must.
. Knowledge of Maya.
- Open maya scenes to export assets to houdini.
- Knowledge of Blender is a plus
. Knowledge of Black magic Fusion.
- Ability to create basic vfx precomps for preview/review purposes.
